Dice & Brown 2 slices of bacon.
Dice 1/2 small yellow onion.
Dice 3 green onions and 1/2 red bell pepper.
Dice 6 medium potatoes.
Sauté bacon and vegetables.
Rinse diced potatoes and add to vegetables.
Add 2 tablespoons of Cutters Cross Tex Mex.
2 rounds(2 tablespoons) of white wine.
Cutters Cross Garlic Salt to taste.
Cover and cook over medium high heat. Toss a few times until liquid absorbed. Brown until crisp.
